Ethan Davidi

Director of Customer Success and System Engineering (aquired by ProofPoint) at Meta Networks

Ethan Davidi has a diverse work background with experience in various roles and industries. Ethan started their career as a Cellular System Engineer at Pelephone, where they managed technical aspects of cellular sites. Ethan then worked at Sungard as a Tier 3 Technical Support Specialist, providing 24/7 technical support to worldwide customers. Ethan later became a Technical Account Manager at Sungard, where they built and managed a support team.

Moving on, Davidi joined ElmoTech, LTD. as a Technical Account Manager, taking care of customers' technical needs and ensuring satisfaction. Ethan then became a Pre-Sales & Training Team Leader at 3M Electronic Monitoring Ltd., managing pre-sales activities and leading tender projects.

In 2017, Davidi joined Sisense as a Sales Engineer, acting as a trusted advisor for prospective customers and managing the presale engineering cycle. Ethan also worked at Meta Networks as Director of Customer Success and System Engineering until it was acquired by Proofpoint. In this role, they had end-to-end sales cycle ownership and represented the technical and business needs of customers.

Currently, Davidi holds the position of Sr. Manager of Customer Success at Proofpoint, where they monitor customer success potential, maintains strong customer relationships, and manages customer onboarding for cloud security products.

Ethan Davidi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication System Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Ethan attended this university from 2001 to 2005. Later, in 2009, Ethan studied at High Tech College and obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate in Project Management.
