Tony Koeleman is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology and digital transformation. Currently a partner at MetaFactory B.V. since March 2015, Tony utilizes a tool designed to enable Java developers to generate code more efficiently. Prior experience includes serving as a partner and consultant at Mission Matters from July 2004 to May 2020, focusing on digital transformation initiatives. Tony also held the position of partner and sales coach at ImpressiveSales, where contributions targeted enhancing the performance of sales professionals in technical fields. Earlier roles encompassed business unit management at Imtech ICT and PAC, where responsibilities included overseeing ICT services for the agricultural sector and retail, as well as managing significant projects. Additionally, Tony's career began in programming and analysis at VABA and BSO Management Support. Tony holds a master's degree in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology.
