Thomas Hveberg has a diverse work experience in various roles. Thomas started their career in 2000 as a Controller at NVE and then joined Bydel St. Hanshaugen in 2002 as an Økonomikonsulent. Thomas later became a Teamleder økonomi at the same company. In 2005, they moved to Unit 4 Agresso AS as a Seniorkonsulent before joining Cermaq Global in 2007 as a Group Accountant. In 2008, Thomas joined Bravida Norge AS as a Regionscontroller and later became the CFO/Økonomidirektør. Thomas is currently working as the CFO at Mesta since 2023.

Thomas Hveberg completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Samfunnsøkonomi from BI Norwegian Business School from 1996 to 2000. Prior to this, they attended Ulsrud videregående skole from 1991 to 1994, where they studied Allmenfag. The field of study for their degree at Ulsrud videregående skole is not provided.
