Alex Beltz is a partner in the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate Practice Groups. His real estate practice involves a wide range of real estate transactions, including commercial leasing representing tenant and landlords, purchase and sale agreements, acquisitions and dispositions, title review, real estate financing, land use issues and other real estate related matters. As a member of the Corporate Practice Group, Mr. Beltz assists clients in a variety of corporate matters, includes general corporate transactions, corporate governance, contract drafting, entity formation, joint ventures and financing.
Mr. Beltz is a graduate of the University of Colorado and the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. Prior to joining Messer Reeves, Mr. Beltz served as County Attorney for Elbert County, Colorado. His diverse work experience for Elbert County included general counsel to the Board of County Commissioners and other elected officials, negotiating and drafting various contracts and agreements on behalf of the County, employment law, civil litigation and land use matters.
