Abrar Gundroo is the founder of Messly, a prominent locum recruitment marketplace in the UK, which was acquired by M3 in 2023. Gundroo has held the position of Clinical Entrepreneurs Fellow at NHS England since September 2016 and is currently a member of Helm (formerly The Supper Club) since August 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Core Trainee Doctor at the Imperial School of Anaesthesia & Intensive Care, an Intensive Care Doctor at Guys and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust, and a Foundation Year Doctor at various NHS trusts. Educational qualifications include an FRCA (Primary) from The Royal College Of Anaesthetists, an MRCP (London) from The Royal College of Physicians, and an MB BChir in Medicine along with an MA (Hons) in Medical Sciences from the University of Cambridge. Early education was completed at Queen Elizabeth Grammar School in Wakefield.
