Emma Workman is an R&D/Product Development Engineer at TE Connectivity, specializing in the Appliance Business Unit since July 2021. Notable accomplishments include designing the first 3D-printed UL-approved connector for the appliance industry and developing a 3D printing production process flow. Emma has also led teams at The Collaboratory for Strategic Partnerships and Applied Research, focusing on projects such as testing designs for handpumps in developing regions and designing a motorized tricycle for individuals with disabilities. Earlier experience includes roles as a Data Package Intern at Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories and a Mechanical Engineering Intern at TE Connectivity, where project management skills were further developed. Emma holds a degree from Messiah University and graduated from Lancaster County Christian School.
