Denise Martin is an accomplished Implementation and Test Analyst with extensive experience in quality assurance and testing across various sectors, particularly within the insurance industry. Most recently at RSA Insurance Ireland, Denise led acceptance testing for product updates, collaborated with key stakeholders, and ensured high standards of quality through meticulous defect management and testing execution. Prior to this role, Denise spent nearly a decade at SS&C Technologies as a QA Test Engineer, where comprehensive test planning, execution, and defect management were pivotal responsibilities. Denise also has a solid background in pension administration, having served as a Senior Pension Administrator at PHOENIX and Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, among others.
