Jessica Aitken is an experienced Delivery Manager at Sinch MessageMedia, specializing in ecommerce and CPaaS solutions since July 2022. Previously, Jessica served as a DevOps Delivery Lead at Bunnings and held multiple roles at RACV, including Release Manager and Quality Manager, where a centralized Test Team was established, and the Service Management Framework was enhanced. Jessica's extensive career includes significant contributions as an Army Officer in the Australian Army, overseeing infrastructure projects, and as Program Delivery Manager at Financial Synergy, where a service management framework for a major banking client was introduced. Additional roles at Bravura Solutions and Revolution IT further highlight expertise in service delivery and Agile methodologies. Jessica holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Management & Systems from Monash University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Counter Terrorism Security & Intelligence at Edith Cowan University.
