Eileen Cristobal currently serves as the Customer Support Team Lead at MessageMedia since October 2022. Eileen has extensive experience in team leadership, having held roles as Team Lead at Helpware from June 2018 to September 2021 and at TaskUs from February 2015 to January 2018. Eileen began the career as a Customer Service Representative at Ingram Micro Philippines BPO LLC from 2013 to 2015.
