Yohanan Hruschev has worked in various roles in the tech industry since 2007. In 2011, they were a Researcher and Fundraiser for the Rothschild Caesarea Foundation. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Customer Success Lead in Israel for Duda. In 2016, they co-founded and was COO of Simpo, which was acquired by WalkMe. Since 2017, they have been a Mentor for different startups in various stages. Yohanan has also been a Booster for the Future Company Builder since 2018 and a Board Member for MEET - Middle East Entrepreneurs of Tomorrow since 2018, where they were previously Head of Alumni Summer Staff and Logistics Manager from 2007 to 2011. In 2021, they became a Master Jolter (lecturer) for Jolt.io and Director of Customer Success for Mesh Payments.
Yohanan Hruschev began their educational journey in 2001 when they attended Masorti High School and obtained their High School Bagrut in 2007. In 2004-2006, they attended MEET for a course in Computer Science and Business. From 2007-2008, they attended BPM for a course in Sound Engineering. In 2008, they attended Mati Jerusalem for a Business course. From 2011-2014, they attended Reichman University (IDC Herzliya) and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Internet Science, Information Technologies. Finally, in 2014, they attended St. Francis Xavier University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General.
