Francis Rouget is an experienced technical expert in energy, currently serving at MESEA since January 2019. With a strong background in project management and engineering, Francis has held positions such as Ingénieur at Artelia, Responsable points de livraison BT at ENGIE Ineo, and Chargé de déviation de réseaux at DPR COSEA, contributing significantly to infrastructure projects like the LGV SEA Tours-Bordeaux. Previous roles include leadership as Chef de projet at SDEL TRANSPORT and ERYMA SECURITY SYSTEMS, as well as project oversight as Maître d'oeuvre at SOCALY and SOCASO on various highway and infrastructure developments. Francis obtained an engineering degree in electrotechnics from École Nationale Supérieure d'Électricité et de Mécanique and has extensive experience in managing teams and budgets in the construction and energy sectors.
