Prakash Subramanian is a seasoned quality management professional with extensive experience in supplier quality control and engineering. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Supplier Quality at MES, Inc. since June 2017, Prakash is responsible for overseeing quality operations in India, focusing on supplier qualification through robust audits and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) management for new projects. Prior experience includes roles at Hyundai Motor India Ltd., where Prakash worked as Deputy Manager in Engine Quality, enhancing product quality through process audits and corrective actions, as well as positions in quality control at Proteck Circuits and Systems Pvt Ltd, Craftsman Automation, and Rieter-LMW Machinery Limited. Prakash holds a BS in Engineering Technology from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, an MBA in Production from Madurai Kamaraj University, and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from V.L.B. Janakiammal Polytechnic College.
