Nele Lam is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in controlling and business partnership across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director of Controlling and Business Partner for Merz Therapeutics in Europe since April 2020, Nele has progressed through various roles within the company, beginning as Manager and progressing to Senior Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Controller at Merz Pharma Group and Business Area Controller at Körber Logistics Systems, among other positions in finance and controlling across Asia and Europe. Nele holds a Master of Arts in International Business Administration from the University of Hamburg, an MBA from California State University - East Bay, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The University of Göttingen.
