Samantha Gokhale, PhD, currently serves as the Publication Manager for Global Scientific Communications at Merz Aesthetics since September 2022, and previously held the position of Medical Writer in Global Medical Affairs. Samantha completed doctoral research at Rutgers University–New Brunswick from August 2016 to June 2022, focusing on B cell regulatory and functional processes related to cancers and autoimmune diseases, resulting in multiple publications. Samantha also gained teaching experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in Immunology and General Biology, contributing to class management and exam preparation. Prior research experience includes an undergraduate role at Emory Eye Center, where work on retinal pigment epithelial cells under diabetic conditions led to published articles, complemented by a teaching assistant position at Emory University. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Pharmacology from Rutgers University and a BS in Biology with a minor in English from Emory University.
