Les McSpadden, MBA, is an experienced professional in strategic sourcing and procurement with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Strategic Sourcing at Merz North America since April 2016, Les leads a team focused on enhancing the sourcing function to meet evolving business needs. Prior to this role, Les was the Principal at KJNA Consulting, developing global sourcing guidelines and managing extensive bid processes. Experience at GSK includes serving as Procurement Director and Global Planning Manager, overseeing substantial annual spending and supporting strategic planning across business units. Les began a career in procurement at GlaxoWellcome and Glaxo Inc., where significant cost reductions and process improvements were achieved. Les holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
