Jakub Sozański started their career in 2014 as an Analyst for Capgemini, where they worked on Financial and Accounting Processes until June 2015. Jakub then joined Teleperformance in August 2015 as a German-speaking Customer Support Specialist. In December 2016, they were promoted to Program Trainer and also served as a Backup Trainer for a brief period. Jakub recently joined merXu in July 2022 as a Senior Customer Success Specialist.
Jakub Sozański began their education in 2010 at the University of Silesia in Katowice, where they studied filologia specjalność: angielska program tłumaczeniowy z językiem niemieckim. Jakub obtained the degree of Licencjat (Lic.) in this field of study in 2014. From 2012 to 2015, they continued their education at the same university and pursued a degree in doradztwo filozoficzne i coaching, earning a Licencjat (Lic.) degree. In 2018, Jakub enrolled in Uniwersytet SWPS and completed their Master of Arts (MA) in Psychology in 2022. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the Google Data Analytics Specialization certification from Coursera in October 2021.
