Teemu Välimaa is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as Manager of Engineering at Merus Power since May 2024. Prior to this role, Välimaa held various positions at Valmet from November 2019 to May 2024, including Engineering Manager and Lead Engineer. Välimaa also worked at VALMET TECHNOLOGIES OY as a Design Engineer from February 2017 to October 2019, with prior experience at Enmac Oy as a Design Engineer from May 2016 to October 2019, and at Ata Gears in similar roles from May 2014 to March 2016. Välimaa holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Satakunta University of Applied Sciences, completed in 2016.
