Natalia Salcedo Franco has a diverse work experience in various companies. Natalia is currently the CEO at Meru.com, a B2B wholesale platform in LatAm that aims to support local businesses. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Meru.com.
Before joining Meru.com, Natalia co-founded and held leadership positions at JOKR, a global platform for instant retail delivery, where they served as the Co-Founder, Commercial Head - Nola and Co-Founder, Managing Director Colombia.
Natalia also co-founded Fckers and worked as a Product Director and Regional General Manager at OYO, a hospitality company. Natalia has experience in business development and expansion, as they served as the Global Business Development and Expansion Director at Rappi and held sales-related roles at Groupon Latam.
Earlier in their career, Natalia worked as an E-commerce analyst at Viajes Falabella, where they were responsible for developing and implementing e-commerce strategies and achieving significant sales growth. Natalia has also interned at LATAM Airlines and Procter & Gamble in marketing and e-commerce roles respectively.
Natalia Salcedo Franco completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree with a focus on Estudios de mercado (Market Studies) from CESA, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, they obtained certifications in Hotel Sales from Marriott International in January 2015 and E-commerce Analytics from Interlat Group in October 2014.
