Anh Lai-O'Connell, MSW, LCSW, is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in clinical management and therapy. Currently serving as Senior Clinical Manager at Two Chairs since October 2022, previous roles include various leadership positions within the Network Team and therapist duties at Meru Health, where support is provided to clients dealing with anxiety, depression, and burnout through a comprehensive app-based program. Additional roles include Therapist at Headway, Manager of Clinical Social Work at Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers, and Psychiatric Social Worker at both Colorado Mental Health Institute Ft. Logan and Hampton Behavioral Health Center. Education includes an MSW from the University of Pennsylvania, a BA in Philosophy from Colorado College, and current pursuit of an Executive MBA at Quantic School of Business and Technology.
