Aaron Short is a seasoned mental health professional with extensive experience in counseling and therapy. Currently the owner of Wayfinder Counseling LLC since August 2022, Aaron specializes in individual counseling, coaching, and consultation. Prior to this role, Aaron has served as a therapist with Meru Health since March 2018 and held the position of Licensed Professional Counselor at Mayfield Counseling from April 2016 to December 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Colorado Christian University and a Bachelor’s degree in Emergency Management and Disaster Recovery from American Military University. Additional experience encompasses roles as a Registered Psychotherapist at Colorado Christian University, Family Preservation at Griffith Centers for Children, Research Analyst as a government contractor, and Petty Officer 2nd Class with the U.S. Coast Guard, focusing on information systems and infrastructure management.
