Aida Charaf is a seasoned legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the financial sector. Currently serving as the Legal and Compliance Lead at Mersaco since May 2022, Aida previously held the position of International Legal Compliance Expert at Banque Libano-Française from November 2013 to August 2020, and worked as a Regulatory Compliance Administrator at BLOM BANK s.a.l. from January 2012 to November 2013, focusing on FATCA legislations. Aida also contributed as a Legal Consultant at A.Abboud & Associates law firm in 2011, providing legal advice across various sectors. Aida obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law from Filiere Francophone de Droit (2007 - 2011) and a Lebanese Baccalaureate in the Economics/Sociology Section from Ecole Saint Joseph de l'Apparition (1992 - 2007).
