Walt Lovenberg has extensive experience in leadership roles within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, holding multiple director positions at Merrimack Pharmaceuticals from 2000 to present and serving as a director at Xenometrix since 1994. Lovenberg has also contributed as a director at Quantum Bio, Inc. from 2005 to 2010 and held board member responsibilities at Quantum Bio from 2004 to 2009. Additional notable roles include directorships at OSI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (1993-2008), Inflazyme Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (1996-2007), and Virogen Ltd. (2000-2003), as well as serving as chairman at Inflazyme Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and Virogen Ltd. Lovenberg was also a board member at Helicon Therapeutics (1998-2001) and served as president of the MMD Institute at Marion Merrell Dow from 1989 to 1999.
