Claude Hardy is a seasoned project manager and entrepreneur, currently serving as a Project Manager at MERRILL since July 2021 and as the President/Owner of Peace of Mind Inspection Services, a family-run business established in 2016 that focuses on home inspection and energy audits in West Michigan. With a robust background in product development and management, Claude held various roles at SAF-HOLLAND Inc., including Senior Product Director and Managing Director, overseeing global operations and successfully launching new product lines. Claude also has experience in academia as an Adjunct Professor at Davenport University, teaching principles of project management. Claude's extensive career in the automotive sector includes significant positions at Magna Mirrors Holding GmbH and TRW Automotive, showcasing expertise in sales, program management, and engineering. Claude earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Western Governors University and an Electronic Engineering Technology diploma from Niagara College.
