You Jin Lee has a diverse work experience in the field of product design and user experience. Currently, they are working at Datasite as the Director of Product Design since June 2023. Prior to this, they held positions at Datasite as Principal Product Designer from February 2022 to July 2023, and as Senior Product Designer from November 2019 to February 2022.

Before joining Datasite, You Jin worked at Samsung Electronics America as a UX Designer III from August 2017 to November 2019. In this role, they led UX projects for Samsung's smartphones, tablets, and wearable launches and OS upgrades on Verizon and Sprint networks. You Jin successfully launched flagship devices such as Galaxy S10, Note 9, Note 8, and Galaxy S8. You Jin also worked as a UX Designer II at Samsung from March 2016 to August 2017.

You Jin's earlier work experience includes roles at TechChange as a UX Designer and Tech Fellow, Contrast Security as a UX Engineer, EduPal, Inc. as a UX Designer, UMS Mobile Solutions as a UX Designer, General Assemb.ly as a UX Designer in Residence, GSA as a UX & Usability Intern at DigitalGov, and ICONS Project at the University of Maryland as an Online Simulation Design Intern.

You Jin started their professional journey as a Research Assistant at the College of Information Studies, University of Maryland, where they conducted research on the role of stakeholders' human values in the Internet neutrality policy debate.
