Taylor Misch has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. In 2016, they worked as an IT Distribution Intern at Ashley Furniture Industries. The following year, in 2017, Taylor held a Java Developer Intern position at Church Mutual Insurance Company. In 2018, they worked as a Business Insurance Architecture Infrastructure Intern at Travelers and simultaneously as a Software Engineer at Clearwater Labs. At Clearwater Labs, Taylor designed and developed applications using Node.js, Express, React, and MongoDB. In 2019, they transitioned to Church Mutual Insurance Company, where they initially worked as an Associate Developer, responsible for developing applications using Java and Spring Framework on the backend and Vue.js and Vuetify on the frontend. In 2021, Taylor moved on to Datasite, where they currently hold the role of a Software Engineer II.

Taylor Misch completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. This education spanned from 2015 to 2019. In addition to their degree, Taylor obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services in February 2021.
