Joe Eiden has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Joe is currently working at Datasite as a Sr. HR Business Partner since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Fireside Hearth & Home as a Human Resources Business Partner from December 2018 to May 2022, where they developed and executed HR strategies across multiple functional areas and provided HR guidance to leaders.

From September 2016 to November 2018, Joe worked at HNI Corporation as a Sales Enablement Manager, leading a team focused on delivering learning opportunities for customers and employees. Joe also served as the Manager of eLearning from September 2014 to August 2016, where they collaborated with sales and marketing leaders to develop content for channel partners. Prior to these roles, they held positions as a Learning and Development Specialist, LMS Administrator, and in the Human Resources department at Hearth & Home Technologies.

Joe's early work experience includes a role in the Communications Department at the Office of Governor Tim Pawlenty in 2009. Overall, Joe Eiden has demonstrated expertise in HR, learning and development, sales enablement, and communications throughout their career.

Joe Eiden obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Saint John's University. Joe then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota. In 2016 to 2017, Joe attended the HNI Leadership Academy. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM.
