Francies Stanislaus has a work experience of 8 years in the IT industry. Francies started their career in 2010 as an IT Analyst at TCS, where they worked until 2016. After that, they joined Cognizant as a Senior Associate and worked there until 2018. Currently, they are working as a Sr Cloud Engineer at Datasite since December 2018.

Francies Stanislaus completed their education with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Studies from Pondicherry University. Francies pursued this degree from 2012 to 2014. Prior to their MBA, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Pondicherry University, which they completed between the years 2006 and 2010. Francies Stanislaus finished their high school education at Petit Seminaire Higher Secondary School in an unspecified year before 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Francies Stanislaus earned the certification of Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) from The Linux Foundation in March 2021.
