Pedro Molina is an experienced investment banking and corporate governance professional with a diverse background in finance and strategic management. Currently serving as a Board Member at Rose Hill Acquisition Corporation, Clínica de Oftalmología Sandiego, and Merqueo, as well as a Partner at Portland Private Equity and a member of the Board of Directors for GRUPO IGA, Pedro has played pivotal roles across various organizations. Prior experiences include leadership positions at UBS and Citi, where Pedro oversaw investment banking operations in Colombia, and held a Vice President role at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, focusing on Central American and Caribbean markets.
