Thomas Colbeck is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in lease accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Lease/Budget Analyst and Billing Lead at Merlone Geier Partners since March 2017, Thomas manages billing, recoveries, and budgeting for complex commercial retail properties. Prior roles include Commercial Property Accountant at Steadfast Companies and Staff Accountant at Accountemps, where responsibilities included auditing, performance analysis, and project leadership. Thomas began a career in accounting as an Accountant for Insulation Northwest, implementing procedures to enhance financial operations. Thomas holds a BA in Accounting from the University of Washington, an MA in Education from Pacific Lutheran University, and a BA in Political Science from the University of Washington.
