Audrey Sih is an experienced property accountant with a comprehensive background in property management and accounting roles. Currently serving as a Property Accountant at Merlone Geier Partners & Merlone Geier Management since July 2018, Audrey Sih is responsible for reconciliation of cash accounts, tenant A/R, and bank accounts, as well as preparing month-end financial reports and supporting property managers with analysis. Prior experience includes serving as a Property Manager and Bookkeeper at AAAA Sih Family Investments LLC, and as a Property Accountant at Ross Property Management, where responsibilities included full charge accounting, establishing accounting systems, and maintaining tenant records. Additional roles have included tax administration at Armanino LLP and accounts payable management at Quorum International Inc. Audrey Sih holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and certificates in Advanced Accounting from Diablo Valley College.
