Nicole Paulsen has over six years of experience in the coffee industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at Merlo Coffee since April 2017. Nicole has held various roles within the company, including Operations Support Manager and Store Manager, overseeing stores located at QUT, George St, and Coorparoo. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Photography in Art/Art Studies from Griffith University, which was obtained between February 2013 and March 2017.
