Nicola Noah has extensive experience in work-based learning, training, and customer service, currently serving as Work Based Learning Manager and Recruitment Assessment and Funding Coordinator at National Star since March 2019. In addition, Nicola has been a Training and Performance Coach at Merlin Housing since September 2017 and a Customer Service and Employability Tutor at learndirect Limited since November 2011. Previous roles include Team Leader and Customer Service Officer at Gloucestershire County Council from 2002 to 2011 and various positions at Eagle Star Life from 1986 to 1996. Nicola's educational background includes studies at The Park Campus, Gloucester College, and Chosen Hill School.
