Sam Whybrow has a robust background in operations management, currently serving as an Operations Supervisor at Merlin Entertainments since August 2015, with responsibilities including Duty Manager training. Prior to this role, Sam was a Senior Operations Host at Shrek’s Adventure! London and The London Dungeon, as well as an Operations Host at Shrek’s Adventure! London. Sam's earlier experience includes being the Head Coach at Little Kickers Group, where independent classes for children aged 18 months to 7 years were organized and executed. Currently pursuing a degree in Operations/Departmental Manager and Leadership and Management at Staffordshire University, Sam has a strong foundation in both practical and theoretical aspects of operations leadership.
