Amanda Grissom has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Amanda worked as an Operations Administrator at Ross Video starting in June 2022 and previously held the position of Operations Coordinator from May 2021 to June 2022. At Full Sail University, Amanda served as a Course Director in Entertainment Business from May 2020 to May 2021, where they managed a team of Associate Course Directors and multiple adjunct instructors remotely. Prior to that, they worked at Golf Channel, starting as a Freelance Studio Operator/Video Shader from September 2012 to February 2015. Amanda then became a Video Engineer for live and taped studio productions from March 2015 to May 2020, and later advanced to the position of Production Operations Supervisor from April 2017 to May 2020, overseeing a team of 40+ production employees. Amanda also worked at Full Sail University as a Lab Specialist, facilitating labs and providing constructive feedback to students from November 2013 to February 2015. Amanda began their career at ESPN as a Studio Operator, responsible for video engineering, camera operation, lighting, and studio maintenance for live and taped studio shows from June 2010 to September 2012. Prior to that, Amanda worked at Ritz Camera & Image as a Store Manager/Sales Associate from April 2005 to January 2010.

Amanda Grissom completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University at Buffalo, between 2002 and 2006. In 2019, they also obtained a SHRM Professional HR Essentials Certificate from the University of Central Florida in the field of Human Services, General.
