Richard Asplin is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an IT Support Team Leader at Merlin Entertainments since June 2023, where leadership is provided to a team tasked with supporting corporate offices and major London attractions. Previously, Richard worked at Microsoft from June 2021 to June 2023 within IT Service Operations, assisting employees with 1st and 2nd line support following the acquisition of Xandr.
