Jamie Butler has extensive experience in IT service delivery and support, currently serving as IT Service Delivery Manager at Merlin Entertainments since August 2017, having previously held roles as Senior IT Support Analyst and IT Support Analyst within the same organization. Prior to this, Jamie worked at Hylands Electrical as Retail Manager from March 2011 to August 2017 and began the career at Dixons Retail as Retail Sales Specialist from March 2006 to March 2011. Jamie Butler holds a BTEC National Diploma for IT Practitioners from Newcastle Under Lyme College, completed between 2006 and 2008, and is a graduate of Sir Thomas Boughey High School, attended from 2001 to 2006.
