Henry T. Jeanes is a seasoned mortgage loan consultant with extensive experience in the residential lending sector, currently serving as a Loan Consultant and TIC Financing Specialist at Meriwest Credit Union since February 2022. Prior to this role, Henry held the position of Los Angeles Regional Sales Manager and AVP for Residential Lending at Sterling Bank & Trust, focusing on fractional TIC financing and various residential loan programs from November 2007 to February 2022.
