Grace Carter is an Administrative Judge at the U.S. Merit Systems Protection Board, having previously worked as an Attorney at the Social Security Administration. Grace holds a Bachelor's degree in Government and Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia, as well as a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Virginia School of Law.
