Mane Kosanović has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering and development. They started their career at Online Computers a BSP Group in 2008 as a Microsoft Solutions Developer. In this role, they focused on designing and developing business software using languages and platforms such as C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, T-SQL, and Reporting Services. They were also involved in customizing and developing various Microsoft applications, including MS CRM 4.0, MS CRM 2011, MOSS 2007, and MS SharePoint Server 2010. After three years, they moved to MODERN OFFICE in 2011 as a CRM and SharePoint Specialist. Here, they were responsible for designing and developing business software using C#, web services, ADO.NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, T-SQL, and Reporting Services. They also worked on customizations and development for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4. Finally, in 2014, they joined Merit Solutions as a Software Engineer, and later became a Senior Software Engineer.

Mane Kosanović has a comprehensive education history in the field of computer science. From 1999 to 2003, they attended the Secondary School for Electrical Engineering Technicians "Nikola Tesla" where they obtained a degree as a Computer Technician. Following this, they pursued further studies at the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of Applied Studies from 2003 to 2007. At this institution, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Science, specializing in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

In addition to their formal education, Mane Kosanović has also obtained professional certifications in the field. In April 2011, they completed the "Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 Customization and Configuration" certification offered by Microsoft. Mane further enhanced their skills by completing the "Developing Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013 Core Solutions" certification in April 2015, also provided by Microsoft.
