Erin Mark has over 15 years of professional experience in sales and business development, client success management and operations management. From 2014 to present, they have worked as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Merit, where they are responsible for the higher ed marketing platform utilized by over 500 colleges, universities, K-12 and other organizations nationwide. In this role, they have generated over 2 billion impressions for clients in social media, local media, online and with high schools and gov't reps. Additionally, Erin is the Senior Client Success Manager at Merit, where they are responsible for managing all client success initiatives and overseeing ongoing client relationships for new and current clients. From 2005 to 2014, Erin was the Operations Manager at CornerStone Telephone Company, where they planned, scheduled and executed all stages of enterprise software, hardware and system implementations. Erin also worked with interdepartmental teams to ensure customers success, articulated project goals and scope, and was responsible for maintaining the scheduled workload of multiple technicians.
