Hema Susila Nageswararao is an experienced professional in the fields of business analysis and project management, currently serving as a Scrum Master and Senior Business Analyst at Merit Data & Technology India since April 2021. Previously, Hema held the position of Business Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions from April 2009 to March 2021, specializing in business analysis within the life sciences, finance, retail, and HR domains. Hema possesses strong skills in requirement gathering, management, and GAP analysis, along with knowledge of the SDLC (ITIL). Hema has also acted as a Product Owner and facilitated scrum ceremonies to educate teams. Hema earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Madras between June 2006 and May 2011.
