Rob Kairuz, M.S., CCSP, currently serves as a Job Success Coach at Merit America since January 2024, following a tenure as a Career Coach for Arts, Communication, Media and Marketing at the UF Career Connections Center from June 2022 to January 2024. Previously, Rob held roles at the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business, including Graduate Career & Peer Mentor in Business Career Services and Student Assistant & Moderator from May 2019 to June 2022. Rob's earlier experience includes positions as Regional Account Manager at City Drugs, and various sales roles at Celebrity Cruises, Inc. and Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Rob holds a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Florida, along with an Associate's degree from Santa Fe College.
