Robert Bisek has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. Robert started their career at DAT Solutions as a NOC Technician in September 2014 and worked until June 2019. After that, they joined Pacific Office Automation and held multiple roles, including Tier 1 Help Desk Technician of Managed IT services from February 2020 to March 2021, and later as a Business System Analyst from March 2021 to August 2022. Following that, they worked at CloudMinders as an IT Support Technician from August 2022 to December 2022. Currently, they are employed at Meriplex as a System Administrator since January 2023.

Robert Bisek holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Western Governors University. Robert also attended Portland Community College to study Web Application Development and Rasmussen University for Business Administration, Management, and Operations. In addition to their formal education, Robert has obtained several certifications including ITIL Foundation from AXELOS Global Best Practice in August 2021, Business Analysis Foundations from LinkedIn in March 2021, and CompTIA A+ ce Certification from CompTIA in August 2022.
