Paul Shump is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sports operations, retail management, and coaching. Currently serving as a Locker Room Attendant at Merion Golf Club since July 2020, Paul previously honed skills as a Sports Operation Specialist and Retail Group Leader at DuPont, where responsibilities included staff training, vendor management, and ensuring high levels of customer service. Additional experience includes roles as a Sales Manager and Sales Associate at Sports Authority, an Assistant Track and Field Coach at both Kutztown University and Manchester University, and a Staff Counselor at Benchmark School. Paul holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from King's College.
