Karen Kislin, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various industries. Karen is currently working as a Senior Strategic Client Success Manager at MeridianLink since July 2022. Prior to this, Karen worked at Raddon (SM) from January 2016 to July 2022 as a Strategic Advisor. Karen also served as the Assistant Director of Marketing at OneAZ Credit Union (formerly Arizona State Credit Union) from June 2009 to October 2015. Earlier in their career, Karen worked as a Public Relations Coordinator at JDA Software from October 2006 to June 2009. Karen started their career as a Marketing/Business Development Specialist at Mesa General Hospital in 2005.

Karen Kislin, MBA holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Northern Arizona University. Karen also obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Leadership and Business from the University of Arizona - Eller College of Management.

In addition to their formal education, Karen has obtained certifications in Change Practitioner from Prosci in March 2018, and as a Facilitator of 7 Habits of Highly Effective People from Stephen Covey in January 2008.
