James Chev has a work experience that spans multiple companies and roles. James began their career in 2014 as an Analyst at RPX Corporation, where they worked until 2016. Following that, they joined AIG as an Associate from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they started working at American Honda Finance Corporation as a Business Analyst until 2021. Currently, since June 2021, they are employed at MeridianLink as a Business Analyst II.

James Chev attended Cerritos College from 2008 to 2011, where they studied Business/Managerial Economics. After completing their studies at Cerritos College, they transferred to the University of California, Riverside. There, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from 2011 to 2013.
