James Cerniglia has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. James started their career as a Grocery Clerk at ShopRite Supermarkets, where they worked from June 2013 to June 2018. James then joined Quality Door & Hardware, Inc. as a Digital Marketing Intern in June 2018 for a two-month internship.

In 2019, James worked at two different companies. James started as a Software Engineer Intern at Cornerstone Services, Inc. in January 2019, where they created user interfaces using Python and Kivy and implemented Artificial Intelligence solutions. Later in May 2019, James joined Teledata Communications, Inc. as a Technology Specialist. In this role, they adjusted UI customizations and implemented client-specific web pages and workflows using HTML5, Angular directives, and JavaScript functions. James also led internal development team meetings to expedite client requirements.

Most recently, James joined MeridianLink in January 2021 as a Software Configuration Specialist II. In this role, they adjusted UI customizations, implemented client-specific web pages, and led internal development team meetings. James was then promoted to the role of a Software Development Engineer II in August 2021.
