Charles Hsueh has a diverse work experience. Charles is currently working as a Software Development Engineer at MeridianLink since 2021. Their previous position was at the same company, where they worked as a Software Engineer from 2014 to 2017. In this role, they were responsible for developing web-based solutions for loan and mortgage applications. Charles worked as a full-stack web developer, utilizing tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, ASP.net, and JavaScript. Charles also became a SCRUM-master, organizing sprint meetings and code reviews involving various teams and stakeholders. Some notable projects they worked on include redesigning the consumer-facing application process, creating a flexible shopping cart system for clients, and implementing an enhanced phone number control for military personnel. Prior to their work at MeridianLink, Charles worked as an IT Student Assistant at UCI School of Education from 2012 to 2014.

Charles Hsueh completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences, with a focus on General studies, from UC Irvine. Charles attended the university from 2010 to 2014. In 2020, Charles pursued further education in Animation, Interactive Technology, Video Graphics, and Special Effects at CG Master Academy. Charles obtained a certification in React.js from Scrimba in August 2020.
