Kurt Kiel currently serves as the Director of Operations at Meridian Restaurants Unlimited, L.C. since April 2021. Prior to this role, Kurt was the Regional Director Of Operations at Burger King - Tri City Foods, Inc. from August 2017 to April 2021. Kurt also held the position of Vice President of Operations at Dolphin Fast Food, Inc. from 1984 until February 2015, where significant growth was achieved by expanding a multi-unit Burger King franchise from 6 to 21 restaurants, along with one Broadway Pizza. Kurt possesses extensive experience in operations management, training, people development, human resources practices, P&L management, and budgeting.
