Randy Bocarile has worked in various roles since 2000. Randy began at Sacred Heart Parish as an Assistant Secretary, where they were responsible for the publication of official documents and policies, as well as the coordination of legal services and the preservation of records. In 2000, they began working for AOL as a Support Professional II in Technical Support, where they communicated the features and value of AOL to potential customers. Randy then moved to Convergys in 2014 as a Customer Support Professional II, where they managed daily administrative tasks and answered calls to customers. In 2017, they joined SupportNinja as a Lead Generation Specialist and Customer Service Representative, where they moderated content and tracked deadlines and deliverables. Finally, in 2020 they joined MERIDIAN REMOTE TEAMS as a Lead Generation Rockstar, where they mined and constructed sales qualified leads.

Randy Bocarile attended Holy Angel University from 1996 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Office Administration with a major in Computer Secretarial Education. In September 2017, Randy obtained a Process Management Certification from Udemy through Pipefy.
